By downloading or using the Elan Player application (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.
Elan Player is a video player intended for playing media files already stored on your device. You are responsible for the media you play and must ensure you have the legal right to view such content.
We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.
The Elan Player app processes video data locally on your device. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information such as log data and advertisements.
We may terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms shall end.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the app is at your own risk.

If paid products are offered in Elan Player, the products available for purchase, their prices, benefits, billing period and renewal conditions are shown in the app and the relevant payment service's purchase screen before payment. This notice does not state that a particular product is currently on sale.
For purchases made through Google Play, eligibility for refunds follows the product's purchase and usage conditions, Google Play policies and applicable law. To request a refund, use the Google Play refund process or contact dreamnote1010@gmail.com. The developer can assist with purchase issues and process refunds where permitted by Google Play and applicable law. Approval is not guaranteed, and this policy does not impose a blanket ban on refunds.
If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription through Google Play, renewal follows the period and conditions shown before purchase. Use Google Play subscription management to cancel future renewal. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. Access during an already paid period follows the product's terms and applicable law. Uninstalling the app or deleting app data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If you cannot find it, check that you are using the Google account that made the purchase.
For a purchase made through another payment service, use the seller and support route shown on that service's purchase screen or receipt. Google Play cancellation does not cancel a purchase made through another service. These terms, including the termination and warranty clauses above, do not limit statutory refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Elan Player에서 유료 상품이 제공되는 경우 실제 구매 가능한 상품·가격·혜택·결제 주기·갱신 조건은 결제 전 앱과 해당 결제 서비스의 구매 화면에서 확인합니다. 이 안내는 특정 상품의 현재 판매를 뜻하지 않습니다.
Google Play 구매의 환불 가능 여부는 상품의 구매·이용 조건, Google Play 정책과 적용 법령을 따릅니다. Google Play 환불 요청 안내를 이용하거나 dreamnote1010@gmail.com으로 문의하세요. 개발자는 구매 문제 확인과 Google Play 정책·법령에서 허용하는 환불 처리를 지원합니다. 승인을 보장하거나 모든 구매의 환불을 금지하는 안내가 아닙니다.
Google Play 자동갱신 구독을 구매한 경우 결제 전 표시된 주기·조건에 따라 갱신됩니다. Google Play 구독 관리에서 다음 갱신을 중단할 수 있습니다. 해지와 환불 신청은 별개이며 이미 결제한 기간의 이용은 상품 조건과 적용 법령을 따릅니다. 앱 삭제나 앱 데이터 삭제만으로 Google Play 구독이 해지되지 않습니다. 구독이 보이지 않으면 구매한 Google 계정을 확인하세요.
다른 결제 서비스를 통해 구매한 경우 해당 구매 화면·영수증의 판매자와 지원 경로를 이용하세요. Google Play 해지로 다른 서비스의 구매가 취소되지는 않습니다. 위 서비스 종료·면책 조항을 포함한 이 약관은 적용 법령상 배제할 수 없는 환불·해지·소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
